It is movement that defines the car and it is movement that defines cinema. This video presents the analogy between these two forms, linking the experience of driving a car with that of watching cinema. The car, with its ability to define and generate movement, serves as a model for exploring the experience of driving and cinematic viewing. As a time machine, the car offers a unique temporal experience, sometimes gaining time, sometimes chasing it. Similarly, the camera, as the eye of modern technology, captures movements and moments in time, presenting a world as seen through its lens. The spectator becomes a traveler in space and time.
